Positive: Très confortable, bien placé et bon rapport qualité prix Negative: Tout était bien mais on ne peut pas laisser les bagages après le Check Out si on a un vol en fin de journée, mais il y a des solutions de stockage plus loin dans la rue.

Definitely not staying again here Positive: Good location and nice setting Negative: Terrible customer service, rather than trying to understand customer’s needs the service person was finding absurd excuses and tended to thread in endless arguments, really disappointing. On top of that despite being a non smoking place, the stairwells had a strong tobacco smell, and the hallways a little.

Good location for both business and pleasure. Positive: Great location and very nice room. Easy access to old Montreal. Good location for business. Negative: Wi-Fi did not work which meant having to hotspot off cellular phones. No creamers supplied for the coffee maker. Very limited guest amenities.

Positive: The kitchen was well equipped The shower was also good Negative: It is not an hotel. There is no one there….not one person around, you can only text to receive assistance. If you book an hotel (it is in the name of the property) you expect hospitality and contact, nothing of that instead. Very impersonal place The WiFi only worked sporadically for two days, therefore there was not tv. It is a very noisy location, in front of the hospital, very busy. People sleeps on the street around and you can hear them talking in the night.
