Noisy! Positive: The location was decent. The room was clean. Negative: It was unbearably noisy due to heavy construction right outside the window starting at 7 am. It was also blinding light all night coming from the site, making it impossible to sleep. There is no staff at the location and when I advised them online they said sorry and the use the earplugs provided (they were not provided!, we had to go buy some.) We also had to leave the blinds down all day as the workers could look into the space. So disappointed that I wasn’t advised of the heavy construction. I’m sure many guests have complained.

Very clean, modern, well equipped and easy to stay. Positive: I liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. The newness of the studio was also wonderful. Negative: I didn't like too much being on the 2nd floor (European 1st) on the backside of the building, meaning the alley was right there and when having the shades open I had no privacy in my room. I think making the shades open from the top would allow for guests to have daylight without losing privacy. This has nothing to do with the hotel facilities but important to note that the recommendation for the parking garage at the Indigo Parking 1602 rue Sanguinet wasn't good because they randomly only offer a 12 hour parking option for $30CAD when there's an event, even though they do advertise a $30 max for 24 hours. They claimed that if you arrive after 9pm it somehow is much cheaper, but that wasn't displayed anywhere in the garage.

Positive: Very comfortable. Excellent location. Quiet. Super clean. A lot of space.

A clean, comfortable, well- air conditioned room in a great location! Positive: The room was spacious, clean, newly renovated, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and in good condition. The AC also worked wondrously in the middle of a heatwave in Montreal! We were very happy with our stay. If I had one request, it would be to have more towels for the bathroom (the shower sprays and the floors got slippery). Negative: The Wifi did not work well, and I struggled to get it to work consistently. Clearly the hotel staff tried, given the multiple Meramont networks available for connection, but it seems like there's more to figure out. Also, there was mild construction noise next door that woke us up one morning. Otherwise, a wonderful visit.

Loved the spacious contemporary accommodation and well-equipped kitchen, would definitely stay here again. Positive: Location, walk-in shower, spacious unit, large screen tv, full size fridge, cooker, large microwave, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable. Would be ideal for a longer stay as it had a washer and dryer too. Telephone help number was answered promptly and information was provided by text ( tv) . Efficient and secure entry code communication. Good coffee provided ( pour over machine and loose coffee so I could make it to my liking. Negative: It is a short-term rental property not a ‘hotel’ as the name implied, so no one on site at any time during our stay to ask questions ( about tv). Only 2 (relatively small) bath towels and 4 face cloths provided for 2 people. No instructions on how to work the tv in the room. Would be useful to have the ‘House Rules’ posted up in unit as I was not sure what level of cleaning I had to do .
