Superb location, great value for the money Positive: Well located and really modern apartment Negative: we did not know how to operate the room thermostat but it was our fault

A very pleasant stay. I've recommended it to all my colleagues. Positive: Location (at the heart of Chinatown; walking distance from the conference centre and ICAO, which is important if you are here for certain events; surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets). Spaciousness. Generous supplies in the kitchen. Cleanliness. Responsiveness of staff via the Booking app. Negative: It's not the hotel's fault, but throughout Friday night (of 5 December 2025 to be exact), there was some thumping "music", presumably from some nightspot not far from the hotel, that sent its rhythmic vibrations to the room. The guest may find it a nuisance if they're sensitive to such quiet disquiet. That's the only fly in the ointment of an otherwise wholly pleasant 6-night stay.

Very comfortable stay. Made us wish our stay was longer so that we could enjoy the apartment more. Positive: Apartment was clean and comfortable + in a central location close to metro stations and bus lines. I thought the quality of the finishes was great, the bed was very comfortable. The check-in process was very easy with the automated lockbox. Having a code to get into the main door and needing the key fob to use the elevator helped to make the apartment feel very safe. Negative: The room was in the third floor but we could still hear some of the noise in the street with the windows closed. Some people wandered at night so may be annoying if you have insomnia.

Enjoyable stay! Positive: I like how restaurants and metro are very close to the hotel’s location. Also, the hotel itself is nice, everything looks new. This hotel is very convenient :) Negative: There’s a strong smell every day except at night, i’m assuming it’s coming from the restaurant just below the hotel. Fortunately, we were most of the time outside but the scent was very strong that’s making our new clothes smelled bad to the point it got uncomfortbale. Also I asked for early check-in in advance (3pm instead of 4pm) and they said they would try their best. We waited for their message but they didn’t get back to us.
