Bad place. Avoid! Negative: They said my apt is on floor 6. I don't take elevators so I asked if there's stairs. The host Sandy said I don't know. How could she not know? I also asked if they have a lower floor apt. She took 24 hours to get back to me. By that time is was after 11am. I never checked in. She said there are emergency stairs on floor 2. She probably got back to me a day later (the reservation was for a the day before) so she wouldn't have to refund me plus they don't have to pay a maid to clean the apt as I never checked in. I demanded a refund or I'm taking legal action. They sound like nasty people. Crooks. Avoid! Also their email doesn't work.
