Positive: Tout! Très bien propre et bien équipé, nous avons manquer de rien. J’ai reçus tout les informations nécessaire autant par courriel que par téléphone puisque nous avions de la misère à trouver comment cela fonctionnais. Negative: Le lit, très dur, mais rien de plus!

Positive: Idéalement placée dans le quartier chinois, pas loin du métro et de commerces. Personnel réactif suite à un problème de batterie de la poignée de porte qui ne m a pas empêché de passé un super séjour

Positive: L'appartement était vaste, très lumineux, grande fenêtre sur la rue, très propre et bien équipé, silencieux et très bien situé. Negative: tout était parfait

Positive: Nice room, clean, practical Negative: In the first night, an alarm went off at 3:00 am because the batteries in the door lock were empty and there is nobody in the house who can help and no phone number to reach anybody who can help. Hence the door kept repeating its need for new batteries in an endless loop which made it impossible to sleep. That was extremely annoying - especially after a night of international travel and with jet lag. In addition, there is no possibility to leave luggage and no flexibility which is a annoying if your are traveling from an to oversees with larger suitcases and you arrival or departure doesn't exactly coincide with Rozenhaus's checkin or checkout times.
