Negative: Ho pagato un appartamento con lavatrice e asciugatrice incluse. Quando sono arrivata alla sera mi sono subita accorta che la zona dedicata alla lavanderia era vuota (c'erano solo gli attacchi). Ho contattato immediatamente la struttura. Mi ha detto che non c'erano perché nella mia prenotazione non erano incluse. Gli ho mandato screenshot della descrizione dell'appartamento acquistato e ho dimostrato che sarebbero dovute esserci. Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto notizie in merito ne al rimborso (neppure dal servizio clienti booking). Inoltre l' appartamento non era insonorizzazione (come diceva la descrizione). Non lo consiglio.inolyre la mail che mi e stata inviata dallhost per inviarle foto non esisteva.

Negative: Trop de règles et aucune flexibility sur les heures. Quand on est en voyage on peut avoir des imprévus…. Prévoir des serpillières de sortie de douche et de pieds de lit

Positive: The pictures on the website make the apartments look a bit nicer than they are in person, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family. We rented two two-bedroom apartments, each with two beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to many places, including Chinatown, and there was even a music festival happening nearby. We also had easy access to the metro and bus system, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily choose this property again. Negative: The only downside was that, for our group of 11 people, having only two bathrooms was a bit challenging. However, that’s what we booked, so it wasn’t a surprise.
