Elegant 2BR Downtown Suite | Steps from Old Port

Beautiful house to stay with family and friends, had all the amenities needed for family trip Positive: Location in downtown, easy access to the room and key fobs collected without human contact, very clean, comfortable, neatly arranged furnitures Negative: We had to pay for the parking overnight separately and had to park in the morning in a different area and pay separately that was the only constraint

Comfortable, great location but need to sort the shower out. Positive: The location was excellent and the condo was clean. Negative: The shower wasn't very good, the holder wasn't flexible enough for you to be able to point it where you would like. I also think as there was a kitchen there should at least be some milk, butter and even some bread considering the cost of one night.

Positive: Difficile à retrouver. Sinon le reste a été parfait Negative: Beaucoup de voyous dans le quartier

Ottima posizione...e basta !! Positive: Posizione centralissima nella Old Montreal. Self check-in e check-out veloce e molto comodo. Negative: La zona in cui si trova il palazzo, all'inizio del quartiere cinese, è sporca e mal frequentata. La zona comune del condominio presenta una moquette vecchia e con svariate macchie. L'appartamento ha due camere "reali" ma sono veramente troppo piccole e non c'è spazio nemmeno per una sedia su cui poggiare gli abiti. I divani del minuscolo living sono vecchi e un po' lacerati così come il resto dell'arredamento ad eccezione dell'angolo cucina, che sembra molto buono. Asciugacapelli scarso, ci è stato cambiato su richiesta a differenza dei cuscini, decisamente troppo duri. Lenzuola e federe non esattamente pulite, dopo le nostre rimostranze ci hanno fatto trovare delle federe di ricambio. Doccia buona.

Extremely Misleading Listing – Unbearably Hot Stay Negative: I had the worst experience staying at this property for just three days. The listing was extremely misleading, and I feel completely deceived. I booked a two-bedroom apartment for my entire family, but what they failed to mention was that there’s only one air conditioner—and it’s in the living room. Both bedrooms were unbearably hot, with temperatures never dropping below 26°C, even at night. In the middle of summer, this made the stay incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating. We were basically told to "adjust," which is unacceptable when you're paying for a fully equipped apartment. If this critical detail had been disclosed at the time of booking, we would never have chosen this property. I would not recommend staying here unless you're okay with sweating through your entire trip.
