Extremely Misleading Listing – Unbearably Hot Stay Negative: I had the worst experience staying at this property for just three days. The listing was extremely misleading, and I feel completely deceived. I booked a two-bedroom apartment for my entire family, but what they failed to mention was that there’s only one air conditioner—and it’s in the living room. Both bedrooms were unbearably hot, with temperatures never dropping below 26°C, even at night. In the middle of summer, this made the stay incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating. We were basically told to "adjust," which is unacceptable when you're paying for a fully equipped apartment. If this critical detail had been disclosed at the time of booking, we would never have chosen this property. I would not recommend staying here unless you're okay with sweating through your entire trip.

Lovely Chinatown stay Positive: Great location, comfortable apartment, enjoyable stay! Negative: A couple of the kitchen amenities were not as described, which was fine but just meant we bought groceries we couldn't use (coffee and no French press). No big deal but maybe check with the host before you check in!

Place was great and quiet. Location was good for us. Positive: Property was safe and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Street parking is available in front of the building for evening parking and during the day there is public parking area located a few hundred feet down the street which is very convenient. Negative: Don’t have any concerns about property.

Serviceable, clean value deal for a short visit prior to dropping off family at the airport. Positive: Clean, modern, with quiet heat pump climate control, comfortable double beds and an ideal set-up of two bedrooms for my brother and I traveling with wives to have shared common area. Walkable to Old Montreal and a couple of other tourist attractions. Decent internet. Negative: Shower poorly designed and without directions. First user flooded the bathroom, but no way to reach staff for timely replacement of bath mats and no spare towels available. Asia-heavy television programming that was odd from English and French speakers perspective; no help on how to find major Montreal stations. Bedrooms could not access the AC when the doors to the main room were closed.
