Positive: appartement propre, bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée. canapé lit confortable Negative: l'accès au bâtiment pour le quel il faut un code pour la porte d'entrée principale, un badge pour la deuxième porte et le fonctionnement de l'ascenseur et finalement un autre code pour la porte d'entrée de l'appartement. Il n'y avait pas de tapis de douche afin de ne pas mettre de l'eau dans toute la salle de bain.

Positive: 地理位置非常好，走过一条马路。就到达蒙特利尔旧港和旧城区。楼下就是唐人街，很方便。 Negative: 洗澡间设计有点问题，少了一扇门，洗完出来地下全湿了。

Nice apartment on a dicey street although in a good location. Positive: Apartment layout was nice Negative: No washing machine as advertised in the photos. Beds were hard and air con wasn’t great.

Beautiful unit, weird people in the street perimeter. Positive: Unit is very nice and we enjoyed it..! Comfy and very well located. Once you walk into the building it is very clean and safe. Negative: Street surroundings are not good. Groups of guys get together every night over the corner to smoke and drink…
