Positive: Clean, comfortable beds, good decoration, nice to have plates. Negative: The parking option was $33 instead of $28 as advertised. Please update the parking price in the advertisement.

Excellent location and clear instructions to access Positive: We loved our brief stay at Rozenhaus Montreal. Having a shared space as opposed to getting two hotel rooms was perfect. The tea and coffee facilities were exactly what we needed. If we were staying longer we probably would have needed more pods and tea bags but for 3 night is was enough. The ease of the door locks was great - an extra fob might have been helpful to stop us having to reuse the lock box each time. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The location was spot on. Only wish we had time to try the cocktail lounge and sushi place just below us.

Positive: The apartment had everything you'd need and very comfortable. Central location for exploring Montreal and great value for money. Negative: There were a lot of homeless people around the hotel and in the area, made the girlfriend feel a bit unsafe. Also to enter the building and apartment, you have to remember a bunch of codes and the key chain is annoying.

Positive: Everything was described. Negative: I was in a wheelchair and there were small ledges in the apartment that made it difficult to get around. Including one in the shower.

Positive: La propreté des lieux, l'emplacement et l'arrivée sans tracas. Hôte reactif et accueillant. Il s'agit d'un bel endroit, je recommande.
