Junior MTL Suite l Sleeps 4 l Walk to Old-Port

Positive: Su ubicación es buena y nos lo entregaron súper limpio Negative: No hay atención en el edificio, todo es electrónico, no se puede tener un early check in porque todo es con llaves electrónicas

Prima locatie maar niet met 4 personen Positive: Perfecte locatie Negative: Dit appartement kan je niet verhuren aan 4 personen. De bedbank kon eigenlijk niet uitgeklapt worden, veel te weinig ruimte. Nog los van de kwaliteit, hier kan je niet met 2 mensen op slapen. Ontbijten met z'n allen was ook geen optie: mini tafeltje okee, maar 2 stoelen met 4 mensen is niet leuk.

Price/quality is good. Would I go back, YES. Positive: Here is my review of my 8 night stay at the #305. Place is well central in the Chinatown This is a unique area and very nice to discover You are also close to Place des Arts, Complexe Desjardins and many great restaurants. My all time favorite for the week was RU IZAKAYA a Japanese brasserie. Very close by. Fantastic. Parking is available as per the site description. $33 for overnight stays and in/outs as you wish. This is very convenient. Now the apartment 305. The place was clean. Note for the cleaning person. Couch had many stains which I cleaned easily. Just saying. I didn’t feel confortable. The host was kind enough to leave chocolates and some coffee pods next to the Nespresso machine which was nice. Kitchen has all the basic things to cook “small“ meals. Really basic but perfect. The room temperature was ok but I couldn’t figure out how to lower it at night. I contacted the host and she sent me the instructions manual for all the appliances in the room. I should have got his document should have got from the get go. Anyways as for the heating system, it was the wrong instructions as the model was completely different. So I gave up. Anyway, I got around these little issues and enjoyed my stay. Negative: The things that were not so good for me. The mattress is very hard. I couldn’t sleep well for the first couple of nights. I finally got used to it. But in my book, a comfortable mattress makes your stay more enjoyable. One thing that I was not happy with is the smart tv. Only Netflix was working. Could not mirror with my pad, I was enabled to go on google but it would not respond. I couldn’t stream at all. No cable. So not soooo smart. The host told me someone (technician I suppose )would come but never came. This must be resolved.

Montreal, diciembre 2025 Positive: Comodidad Negative: Sería bueno que en la ducha haya estante para colocar jabón, shanpoo, Gillette, etc. También que la puerta de la ducha sea completa y no hasta la mitad aproximadamente

Positive: Crean, Wide, kitchenet, TV and specially the chocolates they leave for us. Negative: All was ok, maybe there were only one pot although there were some frying pan
