Bien placé mais studio dans un immeuble Positive: La localisation au Centre de Montréal L’équipement de la cuisine (même si des poêles usées sont à remplacer) Negative: La traduction sur le descriptif de room (pièce) par chambre (chambre). 1 chambre mentionné sur le descriptif booking, mais 1 pièce en réalité , donc pas de chambre séparée Les consignes de remise des clés en fin de séjour dispersées sur plusieurs supports (mails, panneau dans le hall) Ne pas avoir d’explicatif pour verrouiller la porte du logement depuis l’extérieur (la porte est restée ouverte lors de notre première sortie) Pas de personnel sur place (même si réponse sur messagerie booking avec un peu de délai)

NOT A HOTEL ... Positive: The apartment has all you need. Negative: The hotel is not a hotel. There are NO services. They did not reply to emails or phone calls EVER. I wanted to drop off bags and no response. At one point the key box didn't work and I could not access the apartment. I could not get in touch with ANYONE. Even the next day there was no follow up. There are alot of sketchy people begging in front of the building, one tried to get in. There is garbage everywhere outside and I saw several rats running around outside near the building. We were here for 4 nights and there was no change of towels or garbage pick up. No recycling. Its a virtual dorm with zero human support. Its all managed by bots.
