Chic Montreal Suite | Walk to Old-Port

NOT A HOTEL ... Positive: The apartment has all you need. Negative: The hotel is not a hotel. There are NO services. They did not reply to emails or phone calls EVER. I wanted to drop off bags and no response. At one point the key box didn't work and I could not access the apartment. I could not get in touch with ANYONE. Even the next day there was no follow up. There are alot of sketchy people begging in front of the building, one tried to get in. There is garbage everywhere outside and I saw several rats running around outside near the building. We were here for 4 nights and there was no change of towels or garbage pick up. No recycling. Its a virtual dorm with zero human support. Its all managed by bots.

Positive: L'interno della stanza è confortevole e ben arredato anche se il bagno un po' piccolo per 4 persone. Il monolocale è ben organizzato e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Il letto matrimoniale è molto comodo. Piuttosto vicino al centro, circa 10 minuti a piedi. Negative: Il divano letto è scomodo, i bambini hanno dormito male. Abbiamo dovuto prepararlo noi appena arrivati. Il coprimaterasso non era pulito e c'era un capello tra le lenzuola. Un po' macchinoso il sistema per entrare, bisogna inserire vari codici per il portone d'ingresso, per il check in automatico, per la porta della camera. Assicuratevi che vi inviino la mail prima di arrivare, noi abbiamo aspettato un'ora e mezza prima di riuscire ad entrare perché l'assistenza da parte della struttura è stata molto lenta. Questo ci ha creato molto disagio. La zona non sembra delle migliori appena arrivi, si incontrano personaggi particolari, ma nessuno ci ha dato fastidio.

Perfect stay for family Positive: It was a perfectly equipped suite with enough space, easily convertible sofa, and enough bedding. It had a well equipped kitchen with enough utensils, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. There was enough storage for luggage with a separate storage room, closets and drawers. The TV had netflix. WiFi worked seamlessly. It was secure with fuss free check-in checkout. The location is in the core downtown with so many cool Asian eateries steps away. Old Montreal is a 10 mins walk, but with incline, but still very walkable. My stay was perfect!
